Donald L. Cole
Donald Lee Cole was born on December 28, 1956 in Muskogee, OK to Arthur Wesley and Vera Inez (Nichols) Cole. He passed away surrounded by family on February 12, 2017 in Muskogee, OK. He attended Porter Public Schools where he excelled in sports: Baseball and Basketball. He worked at Superior Linen for 15 years before retiring due to health issues.
Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing, junkin’, bowling, coaching softball for his daughter & niece, watching his grandson play baseball and enjoyed spending quality time with all his grandchildren. He was the best joke teller and always had something “smart” to say.
He was preceded in death by both his parents Arthur & Vera Cole; two sisters Debra Lynn Boren & Donna Louise Daniels; two brother-n-laws Larry Adams & Charles “Chuck” Boren; three uncles and one aunt.
Donald is survived by his wife Caroline Hall; two daughters Terra LeAnn Moore & ex son-n-law Michael David Lewis, Mindy Jo Hall & fiancé Darrell Richmond; five grandchildren Cody Lee, Trinity Nicole, Amanda LeeAnn, James Michael & Ethan Hunter; three great-grandchildren; one sister and four brothers, Sandra Dee Adams of Wagoner,OK, Tommy Cole & wife Lynne of Porter, OK, Roy Cole of Tulsa, OK, David Cole & wife Tonya of Wagoner,OK and Darren Cole & significant other Karla of Muskogee, OK; twenty-four nieces & nephews; twenty-five great-nieces & nephews & numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Donald will forever be in our hearts & greatly missed by all who knew him. Family and Friends are welcome to meet to celebrate his life on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Honor Heights Park for a Balloon Release!!!!!!
