Kathie Ilene (Hubler) Briley passed away from this mortal life on June 1, 2017 after a hard fought battle with cancer at the age of 66. Delivered into this world by her father, Peter Penrose Hubler Jr. and Minnie Kewell (Treadwell) Hubler, on June 6, 1950, at home in Gum Springs, Ok. She attended Gum Springs School through the eights grade and graduated from Gore High School in 1968. She also attended Connors State College. Kathie was the mother of six children and loved telling everyone, these past few years, that she was a retired Domestic Engineer.
Kathie was a life-long member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She is survived by her husband, William Duwayne Briley of the home. Six children; Jared and wife Becca Briley of Webbers Falls, Ok. Michelle and husband Brady Smith of Mtn. Green, UT. Heath and wife Rachel Briley of Webbers Falls, Ok. Jason and wife Gabriela Briley of Muskogee, Ok. Heather and husband Aaron Ellis of Webbers Falls, Ok. Trenda and husband RicardoCruz of Fort Worth, Tx. and ex daughter-in-law Judi Napier of Waldron, Ar.

Twnety-Three grandchildren; Sydni Pena, Tyler Briley, Justin Briley, Alison Briley, Dallen Smith, Kaylee Smith, Landen Smith, Kaden Smith, Kiya Briley, Aubri Briley, Alejandro Briley, William Briley, Mario Briley, Cody Briley, Madilyn Ellis, Blake Ellis, Kambree Ellis, Kiersten Ellis, Lillian Ellis,Alexia Cruz, Ammon Cruz, Max Cruz and Amelia Cruz. Twp great andchildren; Maximus Pena and Gabriel Pena.

She is also survived by her mother, Jewell Hubler of Gore, Ok. Four sisters, Marjorie and husband John Haskell of Welch, Ok. Janice and husband Eric Trapp of Pumpkin Hollow,Ok. Teresa and husband Ron Gates of Gore, Ok. and Connie Long of Gore, Ok. Also one brohter Tracy and wife Kellie Hubler of Gore, Ok. and sister-in-law Wanda Mons of the late brother, Darrell Hubler.Kathie was preceded in death by her father, Peter Penrose Hubler Jr., and two brothers Darrell Hubler and Travis Hubler.Kathie enjoyed serving others and exemplified what it truly means to have the PURE LOVE OF CHRIST. Her last wish for her family and loved ones was to always choose the right , read their scriptures and pray everyday.
