Christopher Michael Saffell was born September 3, 1976 in Waukegan, IL, the son of Charles William and Mary Ida (Heibner) Saffell and went to Heaven on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at his home in Webbers Falls.

Christopher worked as a welder. He enjoyed playing PlayStation 4 and fishing for trout.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Wood Saffell, of the home; mother, Mary Saffell; step-father, James Jackson; children, Mike Wood, Charlie Johnson, Zachary Wood, Maxwell Johnson, and Denise Wood; siblings, Dawn Jackson, Charles Saffell, and Jeremy Hawkins; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Terry Lee Saffell.

Memorial services for Christopher will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Gore. Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Webbers Falls.
